 Customer Annoucement

To Our Customers...

If your events are having to be cancelled or postponed due to Goverment Advice, regarding Covid -19, we will support our customers as much as we can and will allow those who have paid the "hire charge" with Lavenders of London, for the hire of goods, to postpone until another date that can be secured subject to availability.

We currently have put a 6 month time frame in place. However, we will review this on a regular basis and can only say that once business is back to normal, after this difficult time you can contact us by email, to reschedule a date in the diary, subject to availability.

We hope you find this an amenable solution that is fair for both sides. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate in contacting us via email. Business will continue as normal until further notice.

Thank you for your co-operation

Kindest regards

The Lavenders of London Team

Lavenders of London is now a trading name of Wilfred Whittingtons Ltd

Historically, Lavenders of London is a family run business that opened in 1987 by Jeannenne and Norman Lavender supplying the florist trade with sundries, basket ware and dried flowers when they were much in vogue in the late 1980's.

Brady Lavender their son joined in 1994 after working in a display environment and was trained in merchandising and display for large stores focusing on window dressing and large scale press events.

Brady then went on to develop a successful van sales business suppling quality floral products to independent retail outlets and garden centres.

Sadly Norman Lavender passed away in 1996 and Brady then took over the family business using the business values of quality products and first class customer service that his father had instilled in him.

Lavenders continued to flourish but took a leap forward when Faye joined lavenders and became faye Lavender shortly afterwards Faye and Brady took upon themselves to gain qualifications in florist, and garden design at the highly respected Merrist Wood College.

With the company expanding we now have three highly experienced Florist / merchandisers / buyers in Angela Jones, James, and Hayley that have joined the team.

So you can be assured you are in safe hands when you visit Lavenders of London we look forward to seeing you
