We regret that we are unable to accept any online orders for delivery outside of the UK. However if you would like a price for delivery to an address outside of the UK please contact us with your full address and details of your order including quantities and we can quote on a bespoke basis.
We will either use Yodel, My Hermes or Royal mail to dispatch your order.
We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 2 working days. This ensures that the time from you ordering to receiving the goods is kept to a minimum. We dispatch all orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only.
We endeavour to deliver your order within 5 - 7 working days (Excluding Bank holidays).
If there is no one available to accept your order at the address provided, a card will be left advising you that delivery has been attempted. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange a redelivery (Only 3 attempts will be made - free of charge) for a date and time convenient to you, or you may also arrange to collect from your nearest depot (Please confirm with yodel/royal mail if this is possible).
If the delivery address refuse delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the "sorry we missed you" card left by the driver, your order will be returned to the sender (Lavenders Of London) we will then wait for you to contact us before we refund your money minus the return postage costs*.
*Please Note: Yodels return charges are £16.00
Delivery will only be made to the address provided at the time of ordering. Goods must be signed for at the address provided, under no circumstances will goods be left unattended.
Our courier will strive to get your parcel to you on time but due to circumstances out of ours or our couriers control, ie: extreme weather conditions, unforeseen incidents, mis-route of a parcel, delays may occur. Therefore any times quoted are an approximate only - Lavenders Of London shall not be held responsible.
All items are packed and dispatched with all due care and attention, using protective packaging and recycling where possible. Upon delivery of your order please check that the goods are received in good condition, failure to do so may lead to us being unable to replace goods damaged in transit by the courier.
Items Out Of Stock
If any of the items you have ordered is currently out of stock we will contact you by email or telephone with the option to cancel/amend your order if you would rather not wait.
If you wish to make changes to your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your goods have not yet been dispatched we will endeavour to fulfil your requirements.
If you wish to cancel your order please notify us by email (email@example.com) within 7 days following the day of your goods being delivered. (Non returnable items are excluded, these currently include Polyfoam rose bouquets and buttonholes and garlands with polyfoam roses - Please check the item description)You will be required to return these goods at your own expense using a trackable service. You are required to take reasonable care of the product(s) whilst in your possession. These goods must be returned undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. All goods must be returned within 7 days following your email confirmation to cancel. Once we have received the goods back, we will process a refund as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that your are unsatisfied with the goods you have received please contact us by phone within 48 hours to inform us of the return of goods, these goods must then be returned within 7 days of delivery. All goods must be returned at your own expense using a trackable service, these must also be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. Any items that are returned to us in a condition we deem unsuitable for resale shall not be accepted and a refund/replacement will not be issued.
We regret that we are unable to accept made to order items for return. Details of made to order items can be found under the item description.
A refund will only be issued to the card that was used to purchase the goods and will exclude any carriage charges. Refunds will be issued as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 working days for the money to be returned to your card/account.
In the event that your order is delivered in a visible damaged state you must sign for the goods as 'damaged' and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If you have not signed for the goods as damaged (where damage is not visible) you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to notify us otherwise no further action can be taken.
We will also require photographic evidence that the contents are damaged - this will need to be emailed within the time frame stated above unless otherwise agreed.
Collection in person - Lavenders Of London require pre-payment for this service
Would you like to collect your order? Please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org to ascertain availability, you will then be required to place the order online and make payment. If we have the item in stock then you can either collect the same day or a later date. (Unless full payment is taken then we are unable to hold stock)
